Serving Suggestions

Wonton with chili oil: Drizzle cooked wonton with a splash of soy sauce and our Sichuan chili oil, garnish with chopped green onions.

Wonton soup: Bring your favorite chicken stock to a boil, add the cooked wonton for the perfect wonton soup. Try adding cooked noodles and a few pieces of boiled bok choy for a complete meal.

Bò Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew)

Add stew to a pot and heat on high. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3-4 minutes (for a more concentrated flavour, simmer for longer). Serve hot and garnish with thinly sliced raw onions, a squeeze of lime, cilantro, and/or a spoonful of our Sichuan chili oil for some extra spice. Serve with a side of rice or crusty bread which is perfect for dipping into the stew.

If you would like to add noodles to your stew, boil rice noodles in a separate pot of water according to the package’s cooking instructions. Once the noodles are tender add it to your hot beef stew.
