Serve hot and garnish with thinly sliced raw onions, a squeeze of lime, cilantro, and/or a spoonful of our Sichuan chili oil for some extra spice. Serve with a side of rice or crusty bread which is perfect for dipping into the stew.
If you would like to add noodles to your stew, boil rice noodles in a separate pot of water according to the package’s cooking instructions. Once the noodles are tender add it to your hot beef stew.
